Rendező

Születtem 1984-ben Budapesten. Első diplomámat színész szakon szereztem a Kaposvári Egyetem Művészeti Karának első indított osztályában, a legendás Babarczy László osztályfőnöksége alatt, 2006-ban. Tíz évet töltöttem színpadon vidéki és budapesti színházak társulati tagjaként, majd 2016-tól a színészi pályát magam mögött hagyva áttértem a rendezésre. 2019-től hat éven át főállásban a Móricz Zsigmond Színház művészeti vezetőjeként irányítottam annak szakmai életét, mellette szabadúszó rendezőként dolgoztam országszerte. 2021-ben társrendezőként működtem közre egy Nemzeti Filmintézet által finanszírozott nagyjátékfilm elkészítésében, melyet beválogattak a Fantasporto nemzetközi filmfesztivál versenyprogramjába, ahol díjat is nyert.
2025-ben a Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem Színháztudományi Tanszékén mester diplomát szereztem. 2026 december 1-től a Thália Színház stratégiai igazgatói pozícióját töltöm be.
Munkáimban ugyan mindig meghatározó szerephez jut a vizualitás és a zene, legfontosabb számomra mégis az ember lelkivilágának, érzéseinek őszinte feltárása. Hiszek a művészet világjobbító hatásában, ennél kisebb célkitűzéssel soha semmibe nem kezdek bele.

I was born in Budapest in 1984. I earned my first degree in acting from the first class launched by the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kaposvár, under the legendary László Babarczy, in 2006. I spent ten years on stage as a member of theater companies in the countryside and in Budapest, then in 2016, I left my acting career behind and switched to directing. From 2019, I spent six years as the artistic director of the Móricz Zsigmond Theater, managing its professional life, while also working as a freelance director throughout the country. In 2021, I co-directed a feature film financed by the National Film Institute, which was selected for the competition program of the Fantasporto International Film Festival, where it won an award.
In 2025, I obtained a master's degree from the Department of Theater Studies at Károli Gáspár Reformed University. Since December 1, 2026, I have held the position of strategic director at the Thália Theater.
Although visuality and music always play a decisive role in my work, the most important thing for me is the sincere exploration of the human soul and emotions. I believe in the world-improving effect of art, and I never embark on anything with a lesser goal.
